Nick Rosenthal Named Regional Vice President of KBS Capital Markets Group

San Francisco Resident Will Develop and Manage Broker Relationships in Northern California and Northern Nevada

Newport Beach, Calif. - April 1, 2010: KBS Capital Markets Group (KBS-CMG), an affiliate of KBS Capital Advisors and KBS Realty Advisors, has named Nick Rosenthal, a KBS-CMG internal sales associate, to the post of regional vice president of the Northern California Region. The San Francisco resident will now be tasked with developing and managing broker/dealer and registered investment advisor relationships in northern California and northern Nevada on behalf of KBS Real Estate Investment Trusts. He will be based at the KBS regional office in San Francisco.

One of the nation’s largest commercial real estate buyers, KBS-affiliated companies currently own more than 12 commercial office and industrial properties in the Northern California Region totaling more than 1.5 million square feet.

Prior to KBS, Rosenthal served as a senior acquisitions analyst for a national commercial real estate firm based in Newport Beach, Calif. In this capacity, he helped close more than $200 million in office, industrial and multifamily transactions while cultivating key relationships with brokers, lenders and asset managers nationwide. He also played an active role in formulating marketing strategies and communicating the value proposition of individual investment vehicles to investors, advisors and the due diligence community.

A native of Boston, Nick received his bachelor’s degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He serves on the board of Knots of Love, a not-for-profit organization serving cancer patients and those suffering from serious illness throughout the United States.
